Privacy policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
This policy explains what Unparalysis (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. Unparalysis is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact us at privacy@unparalysis.com.
What we collect
- Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account ID.
- Google Analytics and Search Console data for the properties and sites you choose to connect, read through Google’s APIs with read-only permissions.
- Things you create: schedules, report recipients, webhook addresses, API keys (we store only a one-way hash) and questions you ask the assistant.
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, request times and errors, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your data only to provide the service you asked for: pulling your analytics, calculating changes, writing briefs, answering your questions, and delivering results by email, webhook, API or MCP. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Google user data
Unparalysis requests the analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly scopes, plus your basic profile and email. Unparalysis’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of Unparalysis that you can see in the product.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide those features (for example, sending figures to the AI provider that writes your brief), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it unless you give us permission, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
AI providers
Briefs and answers are written by a large language model. By default this is Claude from Anthropic, accessed through its commercial API, which does not use API data for model training. If your workspace connects its own AI provider key, your data is sent to that provider under your agreement with them.
Other processors
We use hosting, database, email-delivery and AI providers to run the service. A current list is available on request. [LIST PROCESSORS, e.g. hosting provider, email provider, Anthropic.]
Security
Google access tokens, AI keys and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. API keys are stored only as hashes. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting a Google account stops all further access and removes its stored token. You can ask us to delete your workspace and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@unparalysis.com; we complete deletion within 30 days. You can also revoke our access from your Google account permissions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us to exercise them.
Changes
If we make material changes we’ll update this page and notify account owners by email.
